A Latina Fiesta with poetry and song... Feel the fire of an entire continent! Poets, musicians, actors, poetry-lovers, come celebrate what is most current in Hispanic Poetry. Our Poetry Marathon is still the only one of its kind - and it's for the whole family to enjoy!

Homage to Pablo Neruda for his 100th Birthday

Our local poets…
Luis Alberto Ambroggio (Argentina), Naomi Ayala (Puerto Rico), Rei Berroa (Dominican Republic), Consuelo Hernández (Colombia), Milagros Terán (Nicaragua)

Our poets from further away…

The Pen and the Word Poetry Marathon celebrates the participation of these renowned poets from Spain, Latin America and the USA. Together they raise their voices, along with young, heretofore unknown poets, to pay homage to that Greater Voice, Pablo Neruda.
