Why did you receive an email from Teatro de la Luna?

Teatro de la Luna DOES NOT send “spam” or “bulk” emails.  If you received a mailing from us, it is either because (a) you registered your email address with us (our e-list) to receive information on programs, or (b) you purchased tickets to one of our productions.   To ensure our electronic messages reach you, please ADD our email address info@teatrodelaluna.org to your internet provider’s address book (webmail).

 

What do we do with your information?

Teatro de la Luna uses your information exclusively to send you notices or emails concerning our programs.  We will NEVER share, sell, or rent individual personal information unless ordered by a court of law.

After your registration in our database, you will receive information on performances, programs and special events which Teatro de la Luna conducts singly or jointly with other non-profit organizations.  You should never receive publicity concerning other products, though small “banners” from our advertisers may be placed within our emails.

 

How do we protect your privacy?

Teatro de la Luna uses all available tools to protect your privacy.

You should never send an email, or reply to one sent to you, with personal information such as passwords, bank, credit card or social security numbers, etc.  “Spoof” emails are those sent by third parties with similar formats to legitimate companies or persons, but asking for this type of information, which will then be used by hackers and spies, stealing your identity.

Our emails only announce events; they never ask for personal information.  You should never have to reply.

How can you stop receiving our emails?

At anytime you can request to be removed from our “e-list”. Each email Teatro de la Luna sends you contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving emails from us.
