In his own Words by Jorge Ratti

Ratti is a versatile performer who has been a DJ, radio broadcaster, and radio and TV host. He began his career in 1999 as a broadcaster for Radio Venus, and then worked with Radio City and Rock and Pop also in Asunción. He served as a TV news anchor for three years at Paravisión and performed on entertainment shows, including Calor 305, Rock TV, Calle 7, 70/80 and Tardísimo. Since 2003 he has hosted primetime radio show Ataque 105 on Radio Venus.

Ratti took his standup humor to the Arlequín Theatre in 2011, the same year he became a member of the comedy group Buena Risa Asunción Club. In 2012, he was invited to perform with Adal Ramones.

In 2013, in addition to touring a comedy routine, Ratti starred in the play “Recién Casados” with Clotilde Cabral and Lali González and traveled to Mexico City to appear in “Stand Parados” on Televisa’s “Distrito Comedia” channel. In December, he unveiled his newest stand-up routine, which was filmed for the cable channel Hei Música.

In Asunción, Ratti is currently seen in the play “Toc Toc,” which is being performed to sold-out crowds.
